Having visited Roy Thai Restaurant and tasted their food, we spoke to Matthew, the owner of Roy Thai. Matthew's wife, who hails from Thailand, inspired him to open a Thai cuisine restaurant. Matthew emphasised that the restaurant's ethos is centred around keeping its food as authentic as possible.
