2 sachets Tipiak Couscous with Spices

Mixed vegetables for grilling (zucchini, bell peppers, eggplant, etc.)

Emborg Feta cheese

1 Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot

Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper (for the herb dressing)

Greek yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice (for the spicy yogurt sauce)

Start by preparing your couscous according to package instructions. Mix the Knorr vegetable stock pot with 300ml of hot water, then add it to 2 sachets of couscous.
