1 Knorr Vegetable Stock Pot

Fresh herbs (parsley, mint, basil)

Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper (for the herb dressing)

Greek yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice (for the spicy yogurt sauce)

Santa Maria Sriracha BBQ sauce

Start by preparing your couscous according to package instructions. Mix the Knorr vegetable stock pot with 300ml of hot water, then add it to 2 sachets of couscous.

Once cooked, set aside to cool.

Chop your herbs finely and mix with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make a light herb dressing.

Toss the cooked and cooled couscous with the herb dressing until well combined.

Slice your vegetables and grill them until they have nice char marks and are cooked to your desired tenderness.

Prepare the spicy yogurt sauce by mixing Hanini yoghurt with Santa Maria Sriracha BBQ sauce, minced garlic, and a splash of lemon juice.

Now it's time to assemble your wraps. Spread a spoonful of the spicy yogurt sauce on the wrap, add a layer of herbed couscous, top with grilled vegetables, crumble some feta cheese over it, and roll it up.
