260 grams NOVI Dark Chocolate, chopped

8 tablespoons (1 stick/120 grams) butter

200 grams sugar

4 eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (130 grams) all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

170 grams NOVI milk chocolate, chopped

1/4 cup pistachios, slivered

1 packet Werther's Caramel Popcorn with Pretzels

The Method: how to make dark chocolate brownies


Preparation:


Start by positioning a rack in the centre of your oven. Preheat it to 180°C. Take an 8-inch square tin, grease it with butter, and line its base and sides with baking paper.


This ensures easy removal of our brownies later on.
